Accommodation can be hard to find during the summer months. We recommend that you book as early as possible. This will help you to get what you want and to avoid disappointment. We will try our best to fulfil all of your requirements. You will be asked to also choose a second accommodation option when making your booking.
Once you have booked your accommodation, we will send you an Advice Pack. This contains further information about London including travel details. Our Immersion Internship courses in the UK and Ireland are a great first step into the working world and a fantastic opportunity to greatly improve your English. No prior experience is required, and with a minimum English level of Lower Intermediate, this internship is a perfect chance to boost your English skills quickly as you gain work experience and improve your CV. You will study English for 4 weeks or longer, and after you complete your studies we’ll provide a minimum 4-week Internship placement in a professional area of interest through our partner. In many instances you’ll even be able to extend your placement at the end of your program if you wish.
You can choose from a wide range of professions, and we guarantee you a placement into one of 2-3 of your preferred fields.
Professional Internship
Our Professional Internship programs allow our students who have already begun to develop their skills in a university or through other work experience to boost their CV even further and quickly enhance their employability and English skills. You will study English for 8 weeks or longer, and after you complete your studies we’ll provide a minimum, 8-week Internship placement in a professional area of interest through our partner. In many cases, this Internship can be extended beyond 8 weeks if you wish.
You can choose from a range of professions, and we will guarantee you a placement into one of 2-3 of your preferred fields.
Paid job placement
Our work placement courses allow you to improve your English skills as you earn a bit of extra spending money and gain invaluable work experience. You will study English for 8 weeks or longer, and we’ll set you up with three job interviews through our partner. At your job, you’ll continue to improve both your general and workplace-specific English skills at the same time you earn some extra cash and build up experience to show off to future employers. In many cases, employers will be happy to keep you on longer than the minimum 8 weeks of placement.
The type of work you may do varies from working in hotels and retail stores to waiting tables in restaurants.
